By booking services, purchasing products, registering for events, or participating in vendor markets through Calley’s Chaos, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• All appointments, event registrations, and vendor market applications must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated.
   
• A valid name, email address, and phone number are required for booking.
   
• Event, workshop, vendor market, and custom apparel bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
   
• Permanent jewelry appointments reserve a time slot only and do not require upfront payment.
   
• Calley’s Chaos reserves the right to cancel unpaid or incomplete bookings.
   

• Payment is required at the time of booking for all events, workshops, vendor markets, and custom apparel orders.
   
• Permanent jewelry services are paid for on the day of service and are the only offering not paid upfront.
   
• Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards and approved third-party payment platforms.
   
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
   

• Cancellations for permanent jewelry appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
   
• Missed permanent jewelry appointments or no-shows may result in a future booking fee.
   
• Event tickets, workshop registrations, vendor fees, and custom apparel orders are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   
• If Calley’s Chaos cancels an event or vendor market, participants will be notified and refunds or credits will be issued as appropriate.
   

• Permanent jewelry is welded and intended for long-term wear.
   
• Calley’s Chaos is not responsible for jewelry that breaks, stretches, or is lost 6 months after application.
   
• Removal of permanent jewelry is the responsibility of the wearer.
   
• Permanent jewelry may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or metal sensitivities. Please notify us of any concerns prior to service.
   

• All custom apparel and personalized items are final sale.
   
• Customers are responsible for approving all designs, sizes, spelling, and details prior to production.
   
• Calley’s Chaos is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
   
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary.
   

• Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
   
• Calley’s Chaos is not responsible for personal belongings brought to events.
   
• Event details, locations, or schedules may be modified if necessary.
   

• Vendor applications are subject to approval.
   
• Vendor fees must be paid in full to secure a space.
   
• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Calley’s Chaos.
   
• Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, setup, permits, licenses, and sales tax.
   
• Calley’s Chaos does not guarantee vendor sales or attendance.
   
• Vendors may be removed without refund for violating event rules or inappropriate behavior.
   

• Photos and videos may be taken during appointments, events, or markets for marketing and promotional purposes.
   
• By attending, you grant Calley’s Chaos permission to use images that may include you unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
   

• Participation in services, appointments, events, and markets is at your own risk.
   
• Calley’s Chaos is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property resulting from participation.
   
• By booking or attending, you release Calley’s Chaos from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   

All content, designs, logos, and materials created by Calley’s Chaos remain the property of Calley’s Chaos and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Calley’s Chaos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
